When Nasdaq wanted to renovate its interiors, world renowned Gensler was chosen to perform this task. Newmat was approached by Gensler to help design nine large wall-mounted panels for two separate lobby areas. These panels were fabricated using custom aluminum frames with knife-edge extrusions and Newmat white lacquer membranes. In addition, Newmat was later contracted to cover five existing panels around the elevator tower with its EC240/Cinema membranes, in order to project images onto them. This specific projection screen membrane was a perfect solution for Nasdaq's requirements. The finished product is a dynamic design matching the pace of this facility.
